Determination

  It is just like as a quality that makes you continue trying to do or achieve something that is difficult. Determination is one of our most important qualities. In simple language, it is defined as the attainment of a goal. It is a measure of our success. Also, it is the driving force for success.
If we want to set a goal for the future is the easiest thing to do. One can set many goals for the future everyday.


It creates a sense of satisfaction and of feeling good. It also creates self-confidence to  tackle the next goal and how to achieve that. Determination is pursuing a goal with energy and focus. It keeps us firmly centered on a chosen purpose. Beside this , it is the kind of talent.



IMPORTANCE:


It makes our path clear. It is a key attribute sought after. If we have a determination then, we can do our task with the effective and efficiently way. Also, it makes a difference in the workplace, and we can judge what is wrong and what is right in workplace. Furthermore, It includes to being a positive and being a reliable and also it delivers quality. If we have the determination then we can helping others. Determination also leads to being completely honest.


If we are determinant then we can success in any field and we can get some knowledge about how we can manage our time, when we work in a team. Be willing to take on responsibilities and share the workload. Moreover, If we are in team, and we have a determination , then we can manage all the things and work in co-operation, and also, all workers or team members  always try to do BEST.

In last, To become a successful, you need to have a good level of DETERMINATION.

Be Honest !

Honesty is the one of the best policy. Honesty is just like as the building blocks of good character. It might not be the easiest thing to being HONEST. Sometimes, some situation are like that , in which we have to inclined to be dishonest.Moreover, Honesty is the gateway of Happiness. If we are honest then we can do all our work with full of courage and confidence. A honest man always receive more responsibilities at work as well as at home.






Importance: 
  1. It produce trust- Trust in ourselves and in all those that are around you.
  2. By this, we can judge that what is wrong or right.
  3. It improves the relationship among our co-workers.
  4. It produce confidence.
  5. Honesty helps to establishing peace of mind.
  6. It also brings good health and happiness.
It is true that you can lie to everyone else, but you can never really lie to Yourself. If we are honest then we can respect our co-workers.Beside this, it is true that, Being HONEST never HURTS anyone.And if you are honest then all good things are happen with you rather than bad things.


Health or money got through dishonest that are not last long. If we are earning today, then definitely we will wasted that money tomorrow.But, dishonest man always unhappy internally. Whereas, an honest man that may be poor but he will be happy at end and also he is respected by all.So, always be honest with our co-workers. Sometimes, honesty helps in promotion to.

Dress code is essential step to do work in team. Dress code is mostly seen in schools, universities , restaurant and other working places. It also maintains the professional image in team.Dress code is just like as a interaction of an employees have with customers or clients.

Co-operation

Co-operation is the first responsibility in team . It is very crucial in team . Co-operating is a part of team that provide support and morale in job. If we are co-operative, then we can learn many things with the rest of the employers or workers in team groups. Beside this, workers are also motivate you to do best by giving support.It is important in team members , because if they are not co-operative then management as well as organization will suffer.






Advantages of co-operation in team members:

Increased Productivity: Co-operation leads to productivity. If everyone is working together, then all the works get done quickly and in  efficiently way. Also, it saves time. Management or organization, don't have delicate time to resolving the conflicts. Moreover, workers can delicate more time to perform their duties in a team so, they are more productive.

Reduces misunderstanding: Co-operation also reduces the misunderstanding or conflicts in team members. The team that have lack of co-operation, workers commonly  divide their work in workplace. When work is in fraction then mostly, misunderstanding occurs. If all workers are work together then no-one can  raise any question so thats why, no conflicts can occur.

By increasing co-operation among employers, managers or supervisor make their place more welcoming, which increase workers.
